Shilpa Trivedi-I/c Director-M. A., M.Phil(Economics)

Prof. Shilpa Trivedi is a Director in-charge of B.W.T.I.B.A. She is teaching economics in B.B.A. classes. She has done her post graduation in Economics and awarded two Gold medals in the same subject. She has also done M. Phil. in economics with distinction. She has 13 years experience in academics at various levels in various capacities.

Pallavi Oza- Lecturer -MBA (finance)

Prof. Pallavi Oza is an MBA with the specialization in finance. She is teaching Finance and Management at B.W.T.I.B.A. She has 10 years experience in industries and 7 years in field of academics.

Nirav Shah- Lecturer -M.Sc., M.Phil.(Statistics)

Prof. Nirav Shah is faculty of Mathematics and Statistics. He is having specialization in short techniques of Mathematics and has 11 years of experience in academics.

Bhaumik Nayak- Lecturer -MBA (Marketing)

Prof. Bhaumik Nayak is an MBA with specialization in marketing. He is imparting the subject related to Marketing and Management related subjects. He has 3 years of industrial experience and 3 year in acedimics.

EVENTS AND ACHIVEMENTS

To develop the versatile personality of students and to encourage their skills and talents, institute is organizing various programmes. Institute is also sending its student to the events of other colleges also. Many of our students have performed extraordinarily and have won many prises. Institute has also organized various events to cater its services to the society. Few of such events are….

1) Students of our institute have stood first in the Management quiz organized by S.k.Patel, institute for last two years consecutively.
2) Institute has also secured third place in the paper presentation competition organized by H.L.Institute.
3) Our students have stood third in poster making competition.
4) Students have show fantastic performance in the quiz competition organized by H.K. Commerce college.
5) Institute has organized lectures on “hospital and health care mgt.”, Thelasemia awareness’ etc.

A part from above mentioned few events, our students have also perform at their best in many other events. Institute is constantly encouraging its students to participate in such various events that develop their personality and sharpen their skills.

ABOUT THE COURSE OFFERED

The inflow of foreign funds and technology, coupled with greater investment in the areas of Information Technology, Infrastructure, Power, Telecommunication, Media and Entertainment etc. have created greater demand for people having outstanding managerial capacities. The B.B.A. programme offered by the institute aims at developing force of youth to meet the growing demand in the field of Management.

Course Structure:
The B.B.A. programme is three years degree course, comprising of First year, Second year and Third year. And after successful completion of these three years, students are awarded B.B.A. degree by Gujarat University.

Practical Studies

To complement the theoretical knowledge, special attention is given to practical studies. Students of each year have to undergo practical study to turn their theoretical knowledge into practical experience. Students of First and Second year have visits to industrial units on basis of which they are suppose to prepare their projects related to marketing, finance etc. Apart from this, Second year students are also require to prepare a financial report on the basis of annual reports of various companies. Final year students are required to prepare a comprehensive group report on various areas of management. They also require to prepare their final projects before appearing in final exam.

Full Time Course
	The B.B.A. course is a fulltime three years course with affiliation to Gujarat University.

Medium of Instruction
	Medium of Instruction is ENGLISH.

Attendance
	Discipline should be in practice. So regular attendance in all lectures is taken and it is compulsory as stipulated by Gujarat University. Students having less attendance than required would not be allow to appear in the University Examination.
